So what are we looking for? Academically, we look for a 2:1, although if you have a 2:2 with relevant experience, your application will certainly be considered. This can be in any discipline, but if you would like to apply for a technical programme you will need to have a technical degree or relevant work experience.

We need people with the ambition to scale a steep learning curve and the flexibility to embrace a culture of growth and change. And because we have opportunities in a variety of locations across the UK, a flexible outlook is a definite advantage.

We have a range of graduate programmes, including business, technical, consulting, finance and HR, and there are also opportunities for 7-13 month industrial placements in a number of areas within the business.
