Internships are the perfect preparation for a subsequent full time role. Nomura will extend full time offers to strong performers to return to the company the following year. The recruitment process for the graduate programme consists of three first round interviews (two sessions on competency and one case study) with junior representatives. If you are applying to internships, you will attend two first round interviews (one competency and one case study). If successful, the final round interviews for both full-time and internships will consist of four competency based interviews with senior representatives.
