Based in Reading, London or Edinburgh, you’ll begin with a week-long induction, followed by on-the-job training. The programme balances work and learning to provide the perfect link between academic and professional life. You’ll get a real insight into what we do, all in one unforgettable year working on live projects in any number of areas: Account Management, Business Operations, Software Development, Human Resources, Finance, Marketing, Sales, Technical Consulting or Technical Product Support.

We’ll expect you to challenge our thinking and voice your views and ideas; we want you to play a part in creating the next big thing that sets the world alight. Who you are and what you can contribute, is more impactful to your success than your chosen degree subject.

That’s not all - our desire to do better doesn’t end with technology. You will receive three volunteering days leave to work on a worthwhile cause and together, we’ll look at some of today’s most pressing economic and societal challenges through a range of programmes.
