Not everyone makes it onto our Business Placement Scheme. We expect quality in our under-graduates just as our customers expect it in our products. But if you do join the scheme, you’ll enjoy the kind of grounding in retail that few other organisations can provide.

Lasting one year and based in one of our training stores or at head office, a business placement will allow you to experience a range of activities specific to your chosen area of interest.

Your placement, whether in-store or at Head Office, from the minute you arrive we’ll give you plenty of responsibility, whether it’s leading a team of people or running an area of the business worth millions of pounds. And with responsibility comes reward. A starting salary of £17,500 and a benefits package including a 20 per cent discount on all our products.
