It's a big brief. We're an organisation that's almost 140 years old and still going strong – our sales for 2009 topped $19.7 billion. We're responsible for brands that range from consumer giants like Kleenex, Huggies, Andrex and Scott to the Kimberly-Clark Professional range which includes everything from soap dispensers to protective clothing.

We're also an organisation that believes that personal growth, commercial profitability, entrepreneurial spirit and responsible, sustainable business are all perfectly compatible. We've been a prominent member of the Dow Jones Sustainability Index for a long time and for five years running we've been named the Index's personal products industry sustainability leader.
What you'll need
Academically, we're looking for a 2.1 (or equivalent) in a business-related or relevant degree and fluency in English. A second European language – particularly Spanish, French, Italian or German – would really make you stand out.
