Best Society - Award for the Society with Forward Thinking Attitude to Work Experience - Nominations

This award celebrates those university societies who have done great work encouraging their members to take part in some sort of work experience. Please give details of any specific events you have done, any innovations or initiatives that promotes work experience to your members.
Who can nominate:
- Students (society members or committees)
- Employers
- Universities
For entries or nominations for the Award for the Society with Forward Thinking Attitude to Wotk Experience, please complete the form below with your name, email address and your role / position (i.e. student, employer, university). Please ENSURE you include the society’s full name, their university and your reasons for their nomination.
Like all other entries, the winning society will be chosen from a shortlist of entries put together by the RateMyPlacement.co.uk team. The overall winner will decided by a panel of independent judges.
The judging panel will be looking for;
- Any events you have put on that help students into work experience
- Any initiatives the society have introduced that promote work experience
- Any innovations that will promote work experience to your members
- Any contacts or partnerships you have made that help students with work experience
- Any further evidence or stats that show work experience is an important part of your society
The winning society will take home £1,000 to put toward society and campus events.
