Don’t worry – your email address or personal information will not be provided to any third parties without your express consent.
Why should I review my placement/internship?

Reviews may also be used by placement and careers advisers from universities, and employers, in order for them to improve the services and opportunities that they can offer to their students.
Are my reviews anonymous?
Yes, your name will not appear alongside the review; however the RateMyPlacement Team will know who submitted the review, and your university can access this information. Students should be aware that it may well be possible to work out who left a review, so ensure your comments are constructive.
Can I write anything on my review?
No, the reviews are read and approved by the RateMyPlacement Team prior to posting on the website. We welcome constructive criticism; however any reviews containing libellous/offensive comments, confidential information or swear words will not be set live. The RateMyPlacement Team reserves the right to edit and amend any reviews that do not abide by our Terms & Conditions – in this instance, edits and amends will be highlighted and the reviewer will be informed.
I’ve found a placement that looks good. What should I do now?
If the employer does not currently have a presence on our website, then the best advice is to visit their website. Most companies have Careers sections on their websites that will provide more information and details of the application process. You should also contact your University Placement or Career office, as they will be able to provide you with guidance and assistance. You will often require a CV to be sent out, so check out our CV Advice section for more information, and advice on Assessment Centres.
